I called Cameron and within an hour he was at our house when the real feel was about 100 degrees to save the day! He walked my husband through ideas of how to help our AC unit run more efficiently and hopefully extend the life of our unit. Most importantly, he was able to save the night with getting our AC unit back up and running that way our family with two young kids could sleep comfortable! He was very fair with price and we will be using him in the future for any of our HVAC needs. Thanks for everything, Cameron!!

We called this pro during a very busy time. We did have to email him but then Cameron responded right away and was out the next day to look at our job. The coil was leaking water, and the coil was replaced within 2 business days. The price seemed reasonable compared to CenterPointe energy who we also received a quote from.

I have used BNC Heating and Cooling on two occasions. The owner answered my request within an hour and was able to come out same day without charging an extra fees. They really know their business and were able to give me several different solutions to fix the problems with my heating and cooling system problem. He is now going to install a new heating/air conditioning system for my home as discussed last fall. He remembered exactly what we talked about 6 months ago and was able to recall all of the information regarding the issues that had been happening with my old system when I called him this time. He is incredibly fair minded and is really willing to work with you in terms of time and ways to pay (financing, breaking the **** down to pay using different methods) to help you get the best that he can give you. He is extremely good at his business, wonderful to work with, and a joy to have in your home. I cannot say enough good things about this business, other than this is the company that you want to use, for sure!!!!!!!
I’ve made a career out of customer service, so have high expectations. Everything from my first phone call to the final ‘good-bye’ was an excellent experience. Examples: phone was answered by a person, even after normal business hours when I expected a recording. They made time the next day to check out the problem. My options and the prices were presented very clearly, and without emphasizing the most expensive. They worked very efficiently to do the install, and everything was left as neat as when they came. After the install, they explained exactly what I needed to do to register the unit and call for an inspection. And an awesome plus for me is that they will submit the paperwork for the rebate! I highly recommend BNC Heating & Cooling.
